It was a real pleasure to be asked to create this rather different commercial or, rather, short film.

Like most bathroom retailers, this types of ads are usually reserved for pretty priced product shots so it was refreshing to discover that the lovely folks at Victoria Plum were interested in creating a commercial about a family. They wanted to capture real, naturalistic performances and moments that were relatable and emotive. It was a pretty open brief that was shot without a conventional script. All of the moments were improvised by a wonderful cast of actors. It even won a few ad awards too.
