Teresa, a nun, is caught by surprise when her ex-girlfriend Grace shows up in church twelve years after their break up.

I couldn’t resist this beautiful, heart wrenching script from Alessia Galantini when I first read it. We shot this film whilst I was in post-production for STAR WARS ORIGINS… talk about two very, very different movies. SAY GRACE has gone on to play at international festivals, got picked up for distribution and won a bunch of awards including Best Director and Best Cinematography.

The film was shot in Sassello, Italy – the home town of our writer – who couldn’t have been more welcoming. Except for certain Catholic Priests who objected to the subject matter but that’s whole other story…
